What photos should I send?

Three to five clear photos are a strong start: front, side, and any detail you especially love. Natural light and sharp focus help us see coat color and markings.

Will it look exactly like my pet?

We study your photos closely and aim to capture recognizable details and character. Because every piece is shaped by hand in wool, small variations are part of the work.

How long does it take?

Each keepsake is made to order. The current making time is shown on the product page and starts after we receive usable photos. Shipping time is separate and depends on the service and destination.

Is this only a memorial product?
