We study your photos closely and aim to capture recognizable details and character. Because every piece is shaped by hand in wool, small variations are part of the work—not a machine copy.

Making time is about 2–6 weeks. It starts after we receive usable photos. Shipping time is separate and depends on the service and destination.

Hands-on work typically takes about 8–20+ hours depending on size and markings.

At checkout, choose how to start: Pay in Full (full price) or 50% Deposit (half price).

If you choose 50% Deposit, the price shown is 50% of the piece. The remaining 50% is paid later when we invoice you—typically after you approve final photos / before shipping. It is not auto-charged.

We contact you within 1–2 business days after your order to collect photos—no photo upload is required at checkout.

Sizes vary by product (charms are smaller keepsakes; figures are fuller sculpted forms). Exact dimensions are listed on each product page so you can choose the presence that feels right.

After you order, we review your photos and confirm details within 1–2 business days. During making we send at least one progress update. Before shipping, we send detailed photos and a short video for your approval. Unlimited adjustments until you’re happy.

Keep it dry and away from sharp friction. Dust gently with a soft brush. Avoid soaking, washing machines, and high heat. Treat it like a handmade object you want to keep for years.
