How to send: After checkout, send a few clear photos to hello@deartuft.com, reply to your order email, or DM @deartuft on Instagram — include your order number. No photo upload needed at checkout.
What to include: Front and side views help most, plus any markings or expressions you care about. Natural light and sharp focus work best.
We confirm details within 1–2 business days. Before shipping, you approve finish photos and a short video (unlimited adjustments until you’re happy).

At checkout, choose Pay in Full or 50% Deposit. If you choose the deposit, the remaining balance is invoiced before shipping after your approval—it is not auto-charged.

Wool felt: needle-felted by hand from soft wool fiber. Eyes: glass or plastic as suited to the design. Figures: wire armature where needed. Portrait frames: wool portrait set in a frame for wall or shelf display.
Each piece is made from the photos you send—not a stock template. Small handmade variations are natural; exact replication is not promised.
