How it works
Ordering a DearTuft keepsake is simple. Choose the piece that feels right, share clear photos of your pet, and we shape it by hand in woolāone careful detail at a time.
Step 2
Share your photos
After checkout, send three to five clear photosāfront, side, and any marking or expression you love. Natural light and sharp focus help most.
We review what you send and will ask if anything is missing. For tips, see our photo guide.
Step 3
Handmade, then shipped
Your maker needle-felts the wool by hand, studying coat color, markings, and quiet character. Making time starts after we receive usable photos and is listed on the product page; shipping is separate.
When your keepsake is finished, we pack it carefully and send it to your door.
Each piece is a handcrafted likenessānot a promise of exact replication.
