How it works
Ordering a DearTuft keepsake is simple. Choose the piece that feels right, share clear photos of your pet, and we shape it by hand in wool—one careful detail at a time.
Step 2
Share your photos
After checkout, send three to five clear photos—front, side, and any marking or expression you love. Natural light and sharp focus help most.
Tips: daylight near a window, no heavy filters, avoid extreme blur. We review what you send and will ask if anything is missing.
Step 3
Handmade, then shipped
Your maker needle-felts the wool by hand, studying coat color, markings, and quiet character. Making time is about 2–6 weeks after we receive usable photos; shipping is separate.
We review photos within 1–2 business days, send at least one progress update, and share detailed photos plus a short video for your approval before shipping. Unlimited adjustments until you’re happy. Then we pack carefully and send it to your door.
